Delivery policy

• We deliver within our serviceable pincodes in and around Prayagraj. The app shows the slots available for your area.
• Orders placed before the same-day cut-off are attempted the same day where the slot allows; everything else is next-day.
• Delivery charges, and the order value above which delivery is free, are shown in the cart before you pay.
• Every delivery is closed with an OTP sent to your registered number. Share the OTP only after you have checked the goods.
• Check quantity, batch and damage at the doorstep. Once the OTP is given the delivery is treated as accepted.
• If nobody is available to receive the order, the rider will attempt it once more; after that the order is returned and may attract a redelivery charge.
