Terms of business

KingShoppers is a wholesale supply service operated by Raju Book World, Prayagraj. These terms apply to every shop that orders through our website, app or salesman.

• Only registered businesses may buy. A shop is activated after our team verifies the name, address and the person placing orders.
• Rates shown are wholesale rates for the quantity selected and may change without notice. The rate confirmed at the time you place the order is the rate you pay.
• Minimum order value, case multiples and maximum quantity per SKU are shown on every product and are applied at checkout.
• Stock is not reserved until an order is confirmed by us. If an item goes out of stock we will tell you before dispatch and bill only what is delivered.
• Prices include GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every delivered order.
• We may pause or close an account that repeatedly cancels orders, refuses deliveries or does not clear dues.
