• We collect the shop name, address, GSTIN, contact number and order history needed to supply you and to raise a lawful GST invoice.
• Location is collected from the shop app only when you set your shop pin, and from staff apps only while they are on duty, so that deliveries and beats can be planned.
• We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the delivery partner handling your order and, where the law requires it, with the authorities.
• Call and WhatsApp numbers are used for order updates and support, not for third-party marketing.
• You may ask us to correct your details or to close your account at any time by calling support.
